CAN MY STORY BE ON SITE OR ONLINE PAGES?
Yes, we take submissions please email us at email@example.com (subject "my story") we will have you fill out a form and interview you some questions. (You must have a purchased product to model in.) *For us to use we have a quality standard iPhone/good phone camera or DSLR and send us the RAW / ORIGINAL image for us to color correct.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please let us know 30 days within purchase date and we can redo the order completely FREE on us or process a full refund. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We don't do returns but if the product is damaged/faulty item we will send you another product or money back. If this is the case please email firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY NAME OR ADDRESS?
Send us an email email@example.com asap. We cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been shipped.
